AN INITIATIVE making December a month that is known for hearts based in selflessness instead of hearts based on holidays

With this year’s #CodeToGiving initiative, partnered alongside The Choose T.R.U.E. Project & APB Stores - A.Bevy’s goal is to highlight, educate & advocate for black women who have been double marginalized through race & gender. The plaque of a black woman is not limited to their experience through race or gender. The experience of black womanhood is one that lacks equitable exposure & understanding.

We aim to address this through collecting items to supply women shelters that are doing the work to uplift women daily. We will also be collecting donations to fund holistic experiences for as many black women in the community as possible. These experiences will include therapy sessions provided by a local licensed therapist, resume building, image consultations, spa treatments, + more.
